High Performing Sales Director who wants to win the China market

Are you ready for a challenging job within sales? Do you have the passion for providing World Class equipment solutions and 3–5 years’ experience within the wastewater segment, then you may be the person we are looking for.
KD DWE China (Danish Wastewater Equipment) is looking for a High Performing Sales Director for our base in Shanghai, China to develop and expand our sales network in China.

Responsibilities

  • Research prospective accounts in targeted market, pursue leads, Pre-sales and focused commercial handling through to a successful agreement
  • Responsible for performing strong market activities and a dedicated order intake in accordance with agreed budgets
  • Collaborate with design and sales team to ensure that requirements are met
  • Build new- as well as maintain relationships with current clients and within the area you have been assigned
  • Obtain and possess a strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and KD positioning. Lead technical clarifications by utilizing and guiding engineering resources
  • Manage commercial and contractual negotiations to close the deal

Requirements

  • Preferably you hold a Bachelor- or Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or similar
  • You have industrial B2B experience and have spent more than 3- 5 years within international sales of larger customized equipment
  • Experience with Large municipal and industrial Clients and their related wastewater is required, and experience with Mechanical equipment to the ‘
  • Wastewater segment is an advantage
  • Being used to work within an international environment, you have an excellent intercultural understanding and communicative skills
  • Fluency in English and Chinese, both orally and in writing
  • IT-skills, Microsoft Office, dedicated CRM system, and especially for technical presentations to a larger group of people
  • You passionately pursue results through energetic work, team play and closing the deals.
